About Me
Here is a little about myself and how I got where I am today.
I work with children through young adults who are experiencing difficulties with mental health. I specialize in working with youth that may have attention difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
I am also an assistant professor at California Lutheran University’s Graduate School of Psychology. I enjoy the balance between teaching, doing research, and serving the community. My research highlights a few of my clinical interests with understanding cognitive processes and emotion regulation skills among children with ADHD.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, and walking my dog at the beach.
